Mena is located in the heart of the Ouachitas and the heart of fun. We set at the base of Queen Wilhelmina State Park and at the door way of Little Missouri River and Cossatot River State Park. Get your hiking, , biking, kayaking, and atving on.
Our story begins in a small town
The Chopping Block Steakhouse has been family owned and operated for over 47 years. We started out as a butcher shop and deli
and eventually expanded into a full service steakhouse and restaurant.
We have always ground our burgers fresh and all of our steaks are hand cut. All of our steaks are on display in our meat counter and butcher shop. Our BBQ is smoked fresh daily in our smokehouse. Pasta dishes are all made to order using only real ingredients. We have always tried to go the extra step in quality and customer service. Never straying from the same principles that the restaurant was built upon.

Every cut is Choice to Prime black Angus Beef and HAND CUT in house to ensure our customers receive the freshest product. Our steaks are lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection.
